  • Sponsor competition

    Autumn Term 2023

    Early 2024

    In line with current laws, the Council is required to appoint a sponsor for the new all-through free school. The sponsor will be determined through a competition that will be run by the Council during the Autumn Term 2023.

  • Procurement of construction company and work begins

    Early 2024

    September 2025

    A contractor will be appointed by Royal Borough of Greenwich following a procurement process, then work will begin.

  • Proposed secondary school opens

    September 2025

    Due to the increased pressure for places, we are hoping that the proposed secondary phase of the new all-through special free school will be built and operational from September 2025.

  • Proposed primary school opens

    September 2026

    September 2026

    The opening of the primary phase is subject to being able to identify a suitable site. However, we anticipate that the primary phase will open from September 2026.
